One of my favorite veggies is beets! I love them roasted, raw in salads, raw in smoothies, just about anyway you can think of! My pups come running to get their share of the luscious beets when I am cutting one open. I wonder if they can smell them? They are extremely easy to grow in your own garden, so plant some today! Since I live in Pittsburgh, PA and can’t have a outside garden during the winter months, I just plop some seeds in some potting soil and grow them inside! YUMMY!! Organic beets all year round!
